namespace change Wikipedia to විකිපීඩියා

Hi All, I have seen some guys have used විකිපීඩියා: namespace which is not existing. (To test just add {{NAMESPACE}} to the page & see the result.) This page will return Wikipedia but විකිපීඩියා:ඉතා වැදගත් ලිපි will return null. So we need to rename the namespace. It needs a community approval for these kind of changes to create a bug. Are you agree with these changes?

• Wikipedia -> විකිපීඩියා
  
• Wikipedia_සාකච්ඡාව --> විකිපීඩියා_සාකච්ඡාව

1. Support -- බිඟුවා ^{සාකච්ඡාව} 01:11, 13 ජූලි 2010 (යූටීසී) - It is nice to keep things in Sinhala as much as possible in Sinhala Wikipedia. So I'm supporting as request creator.
3. Support ශාකුන්තල _{(කතාබහ)} 03:09, 13 ජූලි 2010 (යූටීසී) Totally agree. But, old namespaces should redirect to the new ones since we don't have time to update all the links inside and outside Wikipedia.

Some times back, a sysop had commented this is not possible as the initiative had not been taken at the very inception. As Sabara says Portal also needs to be translated & it would be a good idea to have a referendum on that too in parallel.
