Adding to that please stop translating fragments from old versions of English Wikipedia articles. When you do that it becomes clear (at least to ones like me) that you are using the databases of Felidae. It was evident that Felidae had a pact with ICTA and was paid for translations. This payment was apparently per article basis. This may be the reason why you are fragmenting articles. This is a shameful exercise and you should not have done this as Wikipedia is all about volunteer service and not done for financial gain. Now do not go underground and put forward another user under another name. During the past few months Felidae had used several decoys. Block this user

I here by request the administrators of Si wikpedia to block this user. I am not sure is there a perfectly suitable blocking criteria for this situation in En wikipedia. Writing articles for money seems to be a unique situation, so we may have to block this user by creating a new criteria. I suggest to delete under one of following criteria

1. An existing criteria: breaching the policies or guidelines, especially the sock puppetry policy;
2. New Criteria : Creating articles for the purpose of earning money
