I doubt that this will work this way. A new user will take තඹරු as a role-model and do the same thing: take another English Article and change the Heading & Sub-Headings to Sinhala. And this will pickup and create an Avalanche Effect. What is to be done is first translate the introduction and the Infobox if available. Then make sure to re-visit and do the rest.
