බයෝම

සමාන අංග ලක්‍ෂණ සහිත පරිසර පද්ධති සමුහයන් බයෝම එසේත් නැත්නම් බියෝම (ඉංග්‍රීසි:  biome) ලෙස හදුන්වයි. ගොඩබිම්වල ප්‍රධාන බියෝම දොලොසක් (12) හදුනාගෙන ඇත. බියෝම ලෙස වර්ග කෙරෙන්නේ ස්වාභාවික වෘක්‍ෂලතා වර්ගයි. බියෝම, ලෝකයේ පුළුල් භූමි ප්‍රදේශයක ව්‍යාප්තව පවතින සමාන ලාක්ෂණික පෙනුමකින් යුතු සාධක මත පාලනය වන ජීවි සමුහයන් රැසක එකතුවයි.
