සාකච්ඡාව:රංග ශාලා වර්ගයන්

මෙම ලිපියෙහි අන්තර්ගතය පිළිබඳ සැක පහල වෙයි. මෙම ලිපියෙහි ඇති පරිදි "ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වය හා ගැටුම්වලට හඬ නැගිය හැකි ප්‍රභලම මාධ්‍යයයි. නිදසුනක් ලෙස බර්ටෝල් බ්‍රෙස්ට් විසින් නාසි පාලනය අතරතුරදී හ‍ා වියට්නාම් යුද්ධය අතරතුරදී ඉදිරිපත් වූ උද්ඝෝෂක ප්‍රචාරක රංගකාලව දැක්විය හැකිය." ගැන අවධානය යොමු කරමු. බර්ටෝල් බ්‍රෙස්ට් ජීවත් වී ඇත්තේ 1898 පෙබරවාරි 10 දින හා 1956 අගෝස්තු 14 දින අතරතුර වන අතර වියට්නාම් යුද්ධය පැවතී ඇත්තේ 1959 සිට 1975 දක්වාය. ඔහුගේ මරණයෙන් පසුව වියට්නාම් යුද්ධ කාලයේදී උද්ඝෝෂක ප්‍රචාරක රංගකාලව (රංග කලාව?) දැක්වීමට බ්‍රෙස්ට් හට ඇති ඉඩ කඩ සීමිතය.

මෙම ලිපියේ මුල් ඉංග්‍රීසි ආශ්‍රිතය ලෙස දක්වා ඇති en:Theatre ලිපිය තුල කතෝලික යන්නට ඉංග්‍රීසි වදන වන Catholic යන වදන එක් තැනක හෝ දක්නට නොමැත. එමනිසා මෙම ලිපියේ දැක්වෙන "කතෝලික පල්ලි විසින් රංග පීඨයන් තුළ ප්‍රසාංගිකත්වය වැඩිකරනුවස් රාගයට ලැදි, අභිරහස්, සදාචාරාත්මක ආදී නාට්‍යයන් නිර්මාණයේ යෙදුණහ." ද්වේශසහගත ලෙස යෙදුනේද යන්න ගැන සැක පහලවනුයේ කතෝලික පල්ලිය විසින් රාගයට ලැදි නාට්‍ය නිපදවූවාදැයි සාධාරණ සැකයක්ද පහල වන බැවිණී.

As I mentioned before, sysops don’t own the wikipedia. The community owns it. This kind of disagreements should be handled by the community. Only if things go out of control sysops should interfere. Other than the request for sysop involvement you are right in initiating a discussion regarding this. I did a check on the English article and it seems that the Sinhala translation is done on an old copy of the English article. Please check this page [1]. There you can see the English article do refer to Catholic Church. Therefore please check the facts before you get angry with someone. Please accept my apologies for drawing sysop attention to this matter. As I am a new user, I am ignorant about these & mostly I play by the ear. Thanks for highlighting the old revision of the English article. I should have dug into the past before commenting. However the user who did the translation has done it wrong by translating "passion" as "රාගයට ලැදි", as "passion" is (in christian meaning) දුක්ප්‍රාප්තිය (The last night Jesus Christ spent before his trial & subsequent crucifixion) and doesn't mean "lust" or "desire" according to its context of usage in the article. With regard Brecht, the old revision refers as "Brecht during the Nazi regime or "Agitprop" during Vietnam." The editor in his/her translation had attributed Nazi regime and Vietnam both to Brecht erroneously. "Agitprop" is a shortened term (Russian) for Agitation & Propaganda.
