Dear බිඟුවා,

I do not think this is the place to discuss policies that can be adopted to needs of sinhala wikipedia. This article is only for fundamentals of wikipedia that could not be changed.

Will try to find out where is the best to discuss where to discuss amendable guidelines. Still I'm not sure where to do that.
