Yet you are contradicting by using the contents of Department of Registration of Companies website to prove your point (or trying to prove your point.) Again you have washed your hands saying that if the contents of the web sites are not accurate you are not responsible. You will not be proving anything this way. With regard to registration of companies website you may notice (use A-Z company names & search using letter 'I') that there are two entries close to each other, namely
