:I have used the word Ceylon on the occasions between 2nd march 1815 & 22nd June 1972 as that was the official name. It was strongly the truth until the Sinhala became an official language of this country (somewhere in 1950s). After that I may be wrong. What we are asking the user is that this article may not be updated and if you want new & updated information, please see the corresponding English article. What we are telling him/her is that we do not have time to TRANSLATE & hence please see the English article. Am I correct? I think you have got everything wrong. This Template is for very dynamic type of articles. The content in the article and the real data may be different.(whether English, Sinhala, French, Malawi, ....etc). The Template warns the reader about that & not about inefficiency of Sinhala editors.
