We don't have any welcome templates yet, so I'm actually typing this one by hand! Gasp!
We've got community at Wikipedia:Community Portal, its talkpage and ... that's it. But everyone's happily translating away! Except me, since I can't speak the language, I just try to help with technical issues. c.c
