Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) යනු Cell adhesion හා සබැඳි Glycoprotein කුලකයකි. නිරෝගී වැඩිහිටියකුගේ රුධිරයේ මෙය ඉතා අඩුමට්ටමකින් (20 ng/mL පමණ) පවතී.^[2] නමුත් සමහර පිළිකා තත්ත්ව වලදී මෙය ඉහළ යන නිසා tumor marker එකක් ලෙස සායනික පරීක්ශාවලදී භාවිතා වේ.
