Creates a link to a publisher's page on Wikisource. Note that these pages are currently implemented as portals on Wikisource.

NB: The "Name of publisher" parameter is only necessary if it is different from the title of the page on which the template has been placed. Otherwise, the template will use the page title as the name of the publisher.
