Fix incorrect link (previously sinhala.linux.lk to sinhala.sourceforge.net)
Consolidate Linux information in one spot. The video (http://sinhala.kalingasblog.com/how-to-install-sinhala-unicode-support/) is excellent but the procedure is out-dated and may confuse users.
