මිචිගන්හි තර්ජනයට ලක් වූ සතුන්ගේ නාමාවලිය

මිචිගන්හි තර්ජනයට ලක් වූ සතුන්ගේ නාමාවලියට සත්ව විශේෂ 400ක් පමණ අන්තර්ගත වන අතර ඊට තර්ජනයට ලක් වූ, අවදානමට ලක් වූ විශේෂ සහ විශේෂ අවධානයක් ලබා දිය යුතු, ඇමෙරිකා එක්සත් ජනපදයේ සත්ව විශේෂවලට අයත්, මිචිගන්හි වාසය කරන විශේෂද අයත් වේ.^[1] මිචිගන්හි අවදානමට ලක් වූ සහ තර්ජනයට ලක් වූ විශේෂ මිචිගන්හි අවදානමට ලක්වූ විශේෂ පිලිබඳ පනත මගින් ආරක්ෂා කෙරේ. මෙම පනත 1994 වර්ෂයට අයත් ස්වභාවික සම්පත් හා පරිසර ආරක්ෂක පනතේ කොටසකි. මම විශේෂ පිලිබඳ ලැයිස්තුව අවසන් වරට සකස් කරන ලද්දේ 2009 වසරේදීය. එය එහි සයවන ප්‍රතිසන්ස්කරනයයි.^[2] මේ වන විට නව විශේෂ 69ක් අළුතෙන් ඇතුලත් කර ඇති අතර විශේෂ 13ක් ඉවත් කර ඇත. අලුතින් එක කල විශේෂ අතර මිරිදිය මට්ටියන් සහ ගොළුබෙල්ලන් ඇතුලත් වේ.^[1] මේ අතර විශේෂ අවධානයක් ලබා දියයුතු නමුත් පනත මගින් ආරක්ෂා නොවන සත්ව විශේෂද රජය විසින් හඳුනාගෙන ඇත. මෙම විශේෂ වල සාමාජිකයන් සුළු ප්‍රමාණයක් හෝ ක්‍රමයෙන් අඩු වෙමින් පවතින ප්‍රවනතාවයක් හෝ ඔවුන්ගේ ගහනය පිලිබඳ නිසි තොරතුරු වල ඌනතාවයක් පවතී. මෙම විශේෂ වල සංඛ්‍යාත්මක වශයෙන් අඩුවීමක් උවහොත් එම විශේෂය තර්ජනයට ලක් වූ හෝ අවදානමට ලක් විය හැකි විශේෂ ඝනයට ඇතුලත් කරන අතර අදාල පනත යටතේ සුරක්ෂිත කෙරන අතර වැඩි උවහොත් අදාල ලැයිස්තුවෙන් ඉවත් කරනු ලැබේ.^[2] අවදානමට ලක් වූ සහ තර්ජනයට ලක් වූ විශේෂ ෆෙඩරල් අවදානමට ලක් වූ විශේෂ සඳහා වූ පනත යටතටද අයත් වේ. මෙම පනත ශාක සහ සත්ව විශේෂ 1,250 කට වඩා වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් ආවරණය කරයි. මෙම විශේෂයන් එක් ලැයිස්තුගතකිරීමකට හෝ දෙකටම අයිති විය හැක. – එක ලැයිස්තුගතකිරීමක පැවතිම මගින් අනිත් ලැයිස්තුගතකිරීමෙහිත් පවතී යන්න තහවුරු කල නොහැක.^[1]^[3] මිචිගන් ස්වභාවික දත්ත (ලක්ෂණ) සංචිත (MNFI) වැඩසටහන මගින් මෙම අන්තරායට ලක් වූ සහ තර්ජනයට ලක් වූ විශේෂ පිළිබඳව පුළුල් සමීක්ෂණ සහ අධ්‍යයනයන් සිදු කරයි. මෙම (MNFI) වැඩසටහන මුලින්ම ආරම්භ කරන ලද්දේ 1980 වර්ෂයේය. මේ සඳහා ජාතික උරුමයන් නම් වූ වැඩසටහන මූලික වූ අතර ඒ සඳහා පරිසර සංරක්ෂණ වැඩසටහනට (TNC),වෙන් වූ ප්‍රථම අරමුදලින් ප්‍රතිපාදන වෙන් කෙරින.
