This template adds files to ප්‍රවර්ගය:ස්වයං-ප්‍රකාශිත කෘති and to the subcategory of Category:User-created public domain files corresponding to the date specified in the |date= parameter. Also, if the |dw= parameter is omitted or empty, it adds the file to the category Category:All free media.

Usage

Parameters

• |Yahaya= – Yahaya, assuming you are the copyright holder. This parameter inserts your name at the start, like this: "I, Yahaya, the copyright holder of this work ..."
• |O8 2020= – the date in the format Month YYYY. This is used to categorise the image by date in a subcategory of either Category:User-created public domain files or Category:User-created public domain files (no Commons). (The category that is used depends on the value of the no Commons parameter.)
• |dw=yes – suppress categorization as free media, where the subject is non-free
