Dear Lee,<br>
User L Manju had put a proposal for adminship for user Shwetha in the "Requests for adminship". He did not indicate the same to me prior to this or consult me or got my consent for this. I am totally unprepared and presume that this is not the proper time. In the notice I have not accepted the proposal; but there are already comments and the deadline is also set. I really do not think that addition of administrators are required currently; what we should do is to encourage the users to provide more and more quality articles.
