ශ්‍රී ලංකා ක්‍රිකට් කණ්ඩායම ශ්‍රී ලංකාව නියෝජනය කරන ජාතික ක්‍රිකට් කණ්ඩායමයි. ශ්‍රී ලංකා කණ්ඩායම පළමු වරට ජාත්‍යන්තර ක්‍රිකට් තරඟයකට සහභාගී වූයේ 1975 වර්ෂයේදීය. 1981 දී ටෙස්ට් වරම් ලැබීමෙන් පසුව ටෙස්ට් වරම් ලැබූ 8 වෙනි රට බවට ශ්‍රී ලංකාව පත් විය. ශ්‍රී ලංකාව අන්තිම දුර්වල තත්වයේ සිට 1990 වර්ෂයේ පමණ වන විට ප්‍රධාන පෙළේ ක්‍රිකට් ක්‍රීඩා කරන රටක් බවට පත් විය. 1996 දී ලෝක කුසලාන තරඟා වලියට ඉදිරිපත් වී ප්‍රතිවාදී ඕස්ට්‍රේලියාව පරාජය කර ලෝක ශූරයින් බවට පත් වූහ. ඉන් පසු එළඹුනු වර්ෂ වලදි පසුබෑම් සහ සාර්ථකත්වයන්ට ඇතැම් විට මුහුණ දෙමින් ලෝකයේ ක්‍රිකට් ක්‍රීඩා කරන ප්‍රධාන රටක් ලෙස ස්ථාවරය රැක ගත්තේය. 2007 ලෝක කුසලාන තරඟාවලියේදී කණ්ඩායම ඉතා හොඳින් ක්‍රිඩා කරමින් අවසාන මහා තරඟය දක්වා ළඟා වූයේය. වැස්සෙන් බාධා පැමිණුනු අන්තිම තරඟයේදී ඔව්හු ඕස්ට්‍රේලියාවට පරාජය වුවද අනුශූරතාවය දිනා ගත්හ. සනත් ජයසූරිගේ සහ අරවින්ද ද සිල්වාගේ පිති හරඹයද, මුත්තයියා මුරලි දරන් සහ චමින්ද වාස් දෙපළ ඉතා දක්ෂ අන්දමින් පන්දු යැවීමෙන් දැක්වූ සහයෝගයද පසු ගිය වර්ෂ 15 තිස්සේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා කණ්ඩායමේ සාර්ථකත්වයට විශේෂ දායකත්වයක් සැපයීය. එය පාලනය කරන ලද්දේ 'ශ්‍රී ලංකා ක්‍රිකට්' ආයතනය විසිනි.
