'''ඇල්බට් බණ්ඩුරා''' 1925 දෙසැම්බර් 04 වන දින කැනඩාවේ දී උපත ලැබීය. ඔහු මනෝවිද්‍යාඥයෙකු හා දාර්ශනිකයෙකු විය. එමෙන්ම සමාජ ඉගෙනුම්වාදී මනෝවිද්‍යා කුරුකුලයේ පියා ලෙස හැදින්වේ. ඔහු පවුලේ ලාබාලතම සාමාජිකයා විය. ඔහු උපන් නගරය තුළ ආසන්න වශයෙන් 400 පමණ ජනගහනයක් පැවතුණි. දුශ්කර පෙදෙසක අධ්‍යාපනය ලැබීමට සිදු වුව ද ඔහු ඉතා ධෛර්යවත්ව අධ්‍යාපන කටයුතුවල නිරත විය. බණ්ඩුරා 1949 දී ඇමරිකාවට සංක්‍රමණය වෙයි. එහිදී ඔහු වර්ජිනියා වර්න්ස්(Virginia Varns) නම් තරුණිය සමග විවාහ වෙයි. ඔවුන්ට කැරොල් හා මේරි නමින් දියණියන් දෙදෙනෙකු විය.
