The '''Sarasaviya Best Emerging Actor''' Award is presented annually by the weekly Sarasaviya newspaper in collaboration with the [[Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited]] at the [[Sarasaviya Awards|Sarasaviya Awards Festival]].
