The [[user:Singhalawap]] is creating illegal criteria (The template he had used is provided for a different intention; Please see [[:en:Template:Db]]) for speedy deletion and [http://si.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E0%B7%86%E0%B7%9C%E0%B6%B1%E0%B7%8A%E0%B6%A7%E0%B7%91%E0%B6%BB%E0%B7%8F&oldid=265185 using them in specific articles]. The Criteria for Speedy Deletion in this Wikipedia, [[විකිපීඩියා:ඉක්මන් මකාදැමීමේ උපමාන]] specifically indicated that the criteria which can be used for speedy deletion are only those cited in there. This creation of new criteria is without a consensus across the community. Hence this user who is also an Administrator is overstepping the mandate provided to him by the community.
