Let's swipe the "Account Creator" permission from English Wikipedia and give it to the UOC professors on their own accounts, so they can make student accounts? Make that and +bot assignable by sysops... for that matter, we could request that we be allowed to do renames (if they happen once in a while).

I'm in Sinhala Wikipedia since 10 July 2010. But I have done lots of contrubutions here. ::I think this is not the correct place for Adminship requests. That lack of knowledge itself is a disqualification. That shows you are not knowledgeable & mature enough to hold this post. Majority of your edits are not article edits; edit count is not a qualification; in Wikipedia quality goes before quantity.
