As far as I know, "කන්නංගර" is the correct name. Check for yourself & you are free to change if I'm incorrect.

"කන්නනංගර" හෝ "කන්නංගර" යන නාමයන් දෙකම නිවැරදි නොවේ. මෙය නිවැරදි ව ලියයුතු වන්නේ "කන්නන්ගර" යනුවෙනි. පුද්ගල නාමයන් නිවැරදි අක්ෂර වින්‍යාසයන්ගෙන් ලිවීම ඉතා වැදගත් ය (ඉංග්‍රීසියෙන් මෙන් ම සිංහලෙන්). එහෙයින් එය නිවැරදි කිරීම සුදුසුය. [එල්. කන්නන්ගර|L. Kannangara]

I think this article title is the Correct one. not the C.W.W._කන්නන්ගර. SO we have to decide which is the main article & need to move the content to that. Still we feel that other titles is required, then we can have the redirect.
